All references to currency on the 77pkr platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are no currency conversions, foreign transaction fees or exchange rate differences applied to any account balance, deposit, bet or withdrawal.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and email address. Providing false information during registration, or failing to update your details when they change, is grounds for account suspension.

77pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the above if circumstances require it. Accounts that do not complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have that request held until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any security PINs — confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. 77pkr will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
77pkr accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no deposit fees charged by 77pkr, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm a transaction. Limits may differ for accounts that have not yet completed full KYC verification.
All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Accepting deposits from third-party accounts — even from family members — is not permitted. Deposits from unverified or mismatched accounts may be held pending investigation and will not be credited to your balance until the source is confirmed.
If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number. 77pkr will investigate and resolve confirmed deposits, but is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or banking infrastructure.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider while the corresponding balance remains in your 77pkr account constitutes fraud. 77pkr reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any fraudulently reversed amounts.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted by verified members at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount for the chosen method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, to ensure funds return to their original source.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed KYC verification and there must be no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn. Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be separated from real money funds in your balance.

77pkr reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on large withdrawal requests. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing. Such checks will be completed as promptly as possible.

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide unless a specific offer states otherwise:
Attempting to exploit bonus systems — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to guarantee wins, or placing bets on outcomes with guaranteed mathematical returns to meet wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
All games available on 77pkr use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by the respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by the platform, previous results, bet sizes or any other external factor. 77pkr does not and cannot modify the outcome of any game.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection or server fault during a game round, 77pkr will use available game logs to determine the status of the round. Where a round cannot be verified as completed, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. If a round was completed and the outcome recorded before the error, that result stands.
Game malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. 77pkr is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device compatibility problems or third-party software interference.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
77pkr actively monitors accounts for the above behaviours. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 77pkr may suspend the account, withhold all balances pending investigation and where required by law, report the matter to relevant authorities.
77pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, inactivity or at the account holder's own request.
If your account is suspended due to suspected breach of Terms, 77pkr will conduct an investigation before reaching a final determination. During this period your balance may be held. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance will be made available.
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Active balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verifications are resolved.
77pkr provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted, 77pkr's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of real money held in your account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. 77pkr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses.
You use the Platform voluntarily and accept the risk of financial loss associated with gaming activity. 77pkr is not responsible for the impact that gaming losses may have on your personal financial situation.
